Working Creatively with Aspects of Self - Training Video

We all have different aspects of ourselves - but how do these parts develop, interact and sometimes come into conflict with one another?

In this 2 hour 25 minute instant-access online training, Pauline Andrew explores the many ways we experience and express different aspects of Self - from the natural parts and roles we all have through to the fragmenting impact of extreme trauma.

Taking a lively and accessible look at different theories, the training explores creative ways of helping clients recognise their different parts, understand internal conflicts and make sense of why they may think, feel or behave very differently in different situations.

The training draws on Fairy Tales, the Roles Played in Families Cards, Internal Family Systems and attachment, alongside a sensitive and moving exploration of Dissociative Identity Disorder.
