Firstly, we’re so glad you’ve booked a training day with us! 

Your Zoom link will be available in your account area on the Deep Release website.

Simply log in to your account and open the relevant course booking to access your Zoom joining link and course materials.

Zoom links are no longer sent by email, so we recommend logging in before the day of your course to make sure you can access everything you need. We look forward to welcoming you! 

We aim to make these materials available by the day before your training. Once they are ready, you’ll be able to access and download them directly from your account area.

Yes! A replay is included with your course booking.

We aim to make the replay available in your account area within a day of the training taking place. It will be added automatically for everyone who books, so there’s no need to request it separately.

Standard replay access remains available for 10 days. If you’ve booked at the higher rate, you’ll have unlimited access.

If you’re unable to attend the live training, you don’t need to let us know in order to receive the replay - it will still be added to your account automatically.

Many of our courses are also available to purchase as edited recordings, with lifetime access, course materials and a CPD certificate included.

Yes. If you need more time to access your course videos, you can request an extension by paying the difference between your original access period and the unlimited access option.

Everyone who has booked on a day automatically receives a replay link (see question above).

It is really important to us that our training is not only high-quality, but also affordable! This means keeping our administration costs low, so we are not able to refund or transfer course bookings for any reason, including booking errors, illness, emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. You can see our full terms and conditions here.

Many of our participants have successfully used our certificates towards completing annual CPD hours with all of the main counselling accrediting bodies. 

Alongside counsellors and therapists, many of our courses are also suitable for trainee counsellors, coaches, pastoral workers and those in ‘people’ professions. Please contact us if you are unsure if a course is suitable for you. 

Very occasionally a course may be cancelled if there isn’t enough uptake. If a course cannot go ahead for any reason, you will be offered the choice of either transferring to another course (if available) or a full refund. You can see our full terms and conditions here.

We have a directory of counsellors who have completed our training. We don’t cover the whole of the UK (yet!), but hopefully there is someone near you. If there isn’t, many of our counsellors also offer online and telephone counselling. Please make contact with the counsellors through their listing details.  Counselling can’t be organised through the office.

Many counsellors will have gone on to train in specialist areas. If you are looking for help with a specific issue not mentioned in a counsellor’s profile, we would recommend you contact them directly to find out more. 

Each Deep Release counsellor sets their own session fees. We are sometimes able to offer help in meeting counselling costs for those having counselling or therapy with a Deep Release counsellor (please ask your counsellor to contact the office directly).
