Booking Your Place

All bookings for online training and one-day in-person courses must be made and paid for in advance through our website:

Payments can be made securely by credit or debit card.
Please note that we’re not able to take card payments over the phone.

Refunds and Transfers

Once a booking is made, places are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason – this includes, but is not limited to – illness, emergencies, or, in the case of online training, technical issues with your equipment or internet connection.

We may occasionally need to substitute a trainer if circumstances change, but your experience and course quality will remain the same.

If We Have to Cancel

If we need to cancel a course or event for any reason, you can choose between:

• A full refund, or
• Transferring your payment to another available course.

Please note that we can’t reimburse any extra costs such as travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings.

If You Can’t Attend (Online or One-Day In-Person Courses)

Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

For online training, you’ll usually receive a time-limited video link so you can catch up at a convenient time.

If you’ve chosen to pay by instalments, please note that all payments remain due, even if you’re unable to attend.

Booking Details

A £49 deposit is required to secure your place.
This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, whether paying in full or by standing order.

Programme content and speakers may change if necessary.

Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation by email.

Paying by Standing Order

After paying your deposit, we’ll email you the details needed to set up your monthly standing order.

Payments begin the month after booking.

The full balance must be received by 10 April 2026.

If you experience any difficulty with payments, please let us know as soon as possible at info@deeprelease.org.uk.

If payments are missed, we may need to cancel your place or request the remaining balance in full.

Bursary Places

A limited number of bursary places are available for those who need financial support.

• You can apply for up to £145 towards the course cost total (you will be able to request a specific amount on your application).
• A £95 deposit is required to secure a bursary booking.
• The remaining balance can be paid in instalments.
• All bursary instalments must also be completed by 10 April 2026, in line with standard-rate bookings.

All other booking terms (missed payments, cancellations, refunds, etc.) apply equally to bursary places.

If We Postpone, Move the Date, or Cancel

If the event is postponed, the dates are changed, or the conference must be significantly altered for reasons beyond our control (e.g., illness, venue issues, emergencies), you will be offered the following options:

1. Transfer your booking to the new dates (your place remains secured), or
2. Receive a full refund of all monies paid, including your deposit.

We cannot reimburse any additional costs you may incur—such as travel, accommodation, childcare, or loss of earnings—whether the event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled.

If the event is fully cancelled (not rescheduled), the same options apply:

• a full refund, or
• a transfer to another course (subject to availability).

If You Cancel

If you’ve paid in full:

• Before 31 January 2026 – Deposit kept; 50% refund of other monies paid.
• After 31 January 2026 – Deposit kept; no refund available.

If paying by standing order:

• Before 31 January 2026 – Deposit kept; 50% of the total course fee is still due (or forfeited if already paid).
• After 31 January 2026 – Deposit kept; full course fee is still due.

(The same cancellation terms apply to bursary places, using the bursary fee total.)

Deep Release Counsellors Together Weekend – 18–20 Sept 2026

Booking Details

A £95 deposit is required to secure your place.
This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, whether paying in full or by standing order.

Programme content and speakers may change if necessary.

Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation by email.

Paying by Standing Order

After paying your deposit, we’ll email you the details needed to set up your monthly standing order.

Payments begin the month after booking.

The full balance must be received by 2 September 2026.

If you experience any difficulty with payments, please let us know as soon as possible at info@deeprelease.org.uk.

If payments are missed, we may need to cancel your place or request the remaining balance in full.

Bursary Places

• A limited number of bursaries are available, offering up to £145 off the full price, potentially reducing the overall cost of the weekend to £350.
• Bursaries are open to anyone who may be experiencing financial difficulty.
• To apply, simply book your place and pay the deposit as usual. Once your deposit has been received, we will email you a short and straightforward application form to complete.
• You will also be able to pay your balance by standing order instalments (final balance to be received by September 2, 2026).
• If your application is not successful, your deposit will be returned in full.
• All other booking terms (missed payments, cancellations, refunds, etc.) apply equally to bursary places.

Your details are used only for managing your booking and communicating about your course.
