As an experienced & compassionate Counsellor and Relationship Coach, I am able to work with adults, couples, young people and children, in a confidential, caring and creative way. Offering both online and in person sessions, I work together with you to explore the issues you are struggling with, see HOPE restored and the positive CHANGE you long for.
I have been involved in Deep Release for over 10 years, having qualified with a Degree in Therapeutic Counselling with Distinction (FdA). Working creatively deepens self-awareness and it's fun!I have 40 years of experience of working with children and young people as a teacher and youth worker and 10 years as a creative therapist/counsellor with a Postgraduate Certificate in Creative Therapies for Children and Families.I specialise in offering Couples coaching and Marriage Retreats, having completed a year's post qualifying training in Encounter -Centred Couples therapy. I am able to provide couples with the necessary tools to make significant and lasting change in a short period of time, resulting in a deeper connection, greater understanding, more joy and hope for the future.
