I’m Claire, a UKCP-accredited counsellor offering confidential counselling to over 18s in central Norwich and online across the UK.
Alongside my professional training, I bring my own lived experience of anxiety, neurodivergence, and self-harm, which deeply informs my compassionate, non-judgemental approach.
I work integratively and offer creative interventions where helpful - using sand tray, imagery and other expressive tools to help you explore experiences that can be hard to put into words.
I am also trained in Rewind Technique for Trauma Therapy.
