Janet has been counselling since 2005. She has a Diploma in Christian Counselling and is a member of the ACC.

Janet uses an integrative approach incorporating a variety of Deep Release interventions as appropriate, working with isssues such as anxiety, stress, anger, depresson, abuse and relationships.

Janet is a member of the South West Regional Group.
