As at, 2010, Alex is currently undertaking a Diploma in Christian Counselling through CWR and is a Student Member of ACC. She has been involved with Deep Release since 2005. Alex counsels in areas of personal, emotional and relational difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, using an integrative and creative approach. She uses various Deep Release techniques including inner child work and creative interventions. Alex is a member of the Surrey Regional Training Group.
