Jenny has been counselling since 2002. She holds a Diploma in Counselling and is an Accredited Member of the Association of Christian Counsellors. Jenny uses an integrative counselling model. She can work with a variety of issues including anger, anxiety, depression, abuse and relationship issues and is able to offer a range of Deep Release interventions. Jenny is a member of Essex Regional Group 3.
