Jane has practised counselling since 1989 and has worked within the NHS as Psychiatrist.  She has a Batchelor of Medicine and Surgery and is an Accredited Practitioner in the use of Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).  She also uses Sensorimotor Psychotherapy in the treatment of trauma and is trained in Lifespan Integration. Jane is also a UKCP Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor.

Her areas of specialism include trauma, abuse and dissociation.  She uses Deep Release interventions as part of her therapy, including working with the inner child.  She is also an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist.
