Why is it so hard to feel safe? Why do some people seem to find life, relationships and faith so easy, when inside I feel empty and sad? Today we explore Erikson’s Life Stages to look at how early life events can leave us with deficits in our emotional and psychological development. The good news is that it’s never too late to change! Today brings understanding and hope.
Please note, if clients wish to attend with their counsellor, the counsellor can come at a special rate of just £35 for the training day, including lunch (please contact the DR office to book).
