Why do I push people away when I need them so much? How can I expect people to love me when I don’t love myself? This workshop looks at early Attachment issues and how we develop defences to hide our shame and to protect ourselves from more pain. We look at what is necessary to risk getting close to people and how we can also learn to love ourselves and the child within.
Please note, if clients wish to attend with their counsellor, the counsellor can come at a special rate of just £35 for the training day, including lunch (please contact the DR office to book).
