This weekend gives an overview of the different ways we work in Deep Release, including the Baptismal Model, Duvet Work, Dynamics in the Depths, the In-Womb Journey, Working with the Inner Child, and Working with Blocked Anger. The weekend is a mix of teaching and practical work. Each person is offered 10 minutes of practical facilitation in the group sessions

- If you are unable to attend at your skills level, you may attend a lower level P&P course but not a higher level.
- If you have not attended a P&P course for over two years, you will need to discuss with the office which level is appropriate for you to attend this year.
- Counsellors who are listed on the Deep Release website should attend Level 4 annually. If you do not attend for two consecutive years, we will need to discuss your staying on the website.
