You don’t have to be artistic to come on our Creative Courses... just open to rediscovering, or perhaps finding for the first time, your own creativity. Gentle encouragement to try brings surprising results and many have found these days life-changing.

This day and Creative Day 1 are each stand-alone and may be booked separately. You do not have to attend both.
* Suitable for counsellors who want to increase their confidence in working creatively, or to take some time out for their own personal development. Also suitable for clients who can work with others in triplets and contain possible triggering effects of some of the work.
